Project Architect - Sydney

We are seeking an project architect with exceptional design skills to be part of a fast reacting design team. The successful person will enjoy the benefits of design independence within a friendly and professional environment. Responsibilities / Duties: Working with the Team Manager, he / she will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Deliver Architectural projects with the required  quality, efficiently and on programme, meeting clients and authorities requirements
  • High level drafting skills both manually & on the office CAD/Revit  system
  • High level design skills
  • Resolve difficult & complex design & construction problems to suit local conditions
  • Resolve space planning layouts in multi-storey, multi-residential and mixed-use developments
  • Ability to prepare designs, sketches
  • Ability to visualise design and good eye for detail
  • Deliver all documentation for the Design Development, S96, Tender, Construction Certificate and Construction stages of a project
  • Local construction knowledge
