The Marchese Partners designed Lennox Apartments, Parramatta was featured as the cover story of Domain Magazines weekend edition. The article discusses government infrastructure investments, Sydney’s changing demographics, and the premier location of the development as the perfect mix that has allowed the “planets to align” to make “Sydney’s second CBD to shine brighter than ever before.”
“The Lennox is a $400 million , 47 storey mixed-use development on a 6,300-square-metre riverfront site at the junction of Lennox Bridge and the Church Street dining and shopping precinct. All residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows to capture panoramic views of the Blue Mountains, Parramatta River, Sydney CBD and eastern suburbs. Sandstone cladding and colonnades on the building exterior are designed to recall the architectural themes of Parramatta’s past. The lobbies have soaring ceilings, as well as sandstone and river rocks. Residents will have access to a 24-hour concierge, 20-metre indoor pool, terraces, gym, a Zen garden, wellbeing and entertaining spaces.”
The Lennox Display suite is now open. Visit the Lennox Website for more information.
