As part of our initiative to becoming a fully cohesive organisation, we introduced the employee rotation program which enables architects together with allied professional staff to travel and work in our various offices across the world. Since February this year we have been sending staff from Kuala Lumpur (KL) to the Sydney and Canberra offices. This has greatly increased our project understanding and efficiency, and also offers an attractive incentive for staff across all offices.
Currently we have 3 professional staff members from KL working in Sydney, and 2 more who have stopped over on their way back to KL from their Canberra rotation. Usually the employees stay for 4-5 weeks to allow them enough time to get accustomed to a new living and working environment. As soon as the employees return to KL, the next rotation is already on their way back to Australia.
This program has proved to be eminently successful and with the organisation growing apace, Marchese Partners will be looking to extend this program to the other global offices thereby enabling all employees the opportunity of living and working in a new environment.Pictured above: Esthna Hanni (Left) Dida Shahimi (Middle) Sowbarnika Sendhil (Right)
