Stewart Dean is the principal of the Brisbane office. Stewart joined marchese partners after gaining a wealth of experience working in large commercial practices in the UK and Australia.
Since joining marchese partners, Stewart has been the Senior Associate in charge of the completed $52 million Village Docklands project in Melbourne, the $32 million Heritage Park, Bowral project and the retirement living resort at Castle Cove. As well as high level client liaison skills, Stewart has a proven track record working on large scale projects. He also possesses exceptional design and construction abilities ensuring that he will be able to lead the Brisbane office in providing the unique services that have become synonymous with marchese partners.
