Marchese Partners were commissioned in 2014 to redesign an existing part 3A approved residential development in North Ryde. The existing approved scheme incorporated 135 apartments.
Through more efficient planning and a reduction of the number of the number of lift cores, Marchese Partners were able to increase the yield from 135 to 164 apartments. The amended part 3A application and subsequent development application were approved and the project went to market in 2015 and was a sales success. Marchese Partners were also commissioned to undertake the interior and marketing design services.
