The site bounds both Stacey Street and Cross Street. The design provides residents with a through site link between these streets which passes through a large, communal garden space facing Cross Street. The design intent is to create a high quality multi-unit residential development with an active retail frontage to Stacey Street; one which we believe will set a new benchmark for architectural design within the South Terrace Precinct.
