Our client wished to move out of their existing cramped and highly cellurized office environment and commissioned marchese partners to carryout a facilities planning, building option need analysis. Our solution was to recommend that they remain in their current 3000m2 space over 4 floors but invest in remodelling to suit their new ‘requirements’. Each floor was decanted one at a time over 6 months and remodelled into open plan modern day space which saved our client time and money and eliminated the stress of moving premises.
