Marchese + Partners DA approved design for a six storey green star rated commercial and retail building in the heart of Bondi Junction. This impressive project will provide commercial space of a quality previously missing from the area and will feature ground floor retail space. The building will incorporate ESD principles. . The design of the development will include a unique ‘green wall’, which is specifically designed to act as a sunscreen for the western facade. This will be complimented by a shading fabric also running down the western facade that can be utilised by the client as an advertising screen.
