MP’s project vision for Six Hunt Street, Surry Hills was to create a boutique office environment that would combine cutting edge architecture and branding.
The offices would be attractive to design and creative tenants with the unique environment commanding preium rental rates.
The integration of environmentally sustainable initiatives and public benefit into the design strengthened the case for additional floor space to the top level, therefore making the project more financially attractive.
The design creates a new benchmark for excellence, setting the project apart from others in the area and gives it a strong marketing edge.
