Caloundra
A major residential development has been planned by marchese partners on the existing Rydges Oasis Resort site in Caloundra Queensland. Two stages include four towers of up to 14 stories, with a total of 350 apartments. The towers have been planned to take advantage of the nearby coastal and regional views whilst maintaining important view corridors in the precinct.
