from industrial dockland to urban village. the village, comprising six towers will intergrate with the city via the new collins street connection creating a village atmosphere with a vibrant melbourne street scape of boutiques and cafes. comprising over 1000 apartments, 300 hotel rooms and over 38,000m2 of retail and commercial office space, marchese partners masterplan was based around a hierarchy of streets and lanes, encapsulating the essence of melbourne’s existing fabric.
