MarchesePartners has completed another iconic design in the Rockdale municipality. Brighton Shores Apartments in Bay Street, Brighton-Le-Sands is the first development signalling the regentrification of the Bay Street streetscape. A clean white frame encapsulates a north facing tower which incorporates 2 banks of flow through apartments.
A 2 storey podium accomodates ground floor retail shops that integrate with the scale of the existing streetscape.
A less accomplished second stage was later added to the development by another architect.
