Wolli Creek Mixed Development
This site is 12451m2 on a prominent corner of the Princes Highway in Wolli Creek. As part of Rockdale Council’s rejuvenation of the Wolli Creek mixed use area, it is proposed to develop a large format retail development with residential towers on top of a landscaped podium. In association with a prominent retail consultant, Marchese Partners prepared sketch plans for a 3500m2 supermarket and a total of 15000m2s of retail over a three level podium. The ground level has a new town square and speciality retail contributing to the activation of street life in the area. The residential towers above contain 500 apartments in two zones that are established to work with existing building forms and shadow planes.
