Arilla Apartment Buildings & Community Centre
Marchese Partners were apointed to work on this project from DA stage through to construction documentation. The project consists of 60 apartments providing retirees with an entry level accomidation into the village. To data the apartments have been recived well in the market and are selling well. The community centre complements the apartment design and provices the whole village with a central meeting place and a sence of community, offering bowling, swimming and dining activities along with health related services. The Community Centre is now completed and Construction of Building B is due for completion be Christmas 2012.
