A new Seniors Living development of 76 independent living units has been designed for this suburban Dee Why site. The project has been designed to provide a high level of amenity for the residents whilst still achieving a high yield for the site. The project includes over 900m2 of residents amenities including resident lounge and dining areas, library, gym, and work shop.
