Seniors Living Special
Global Recognition for Seniors Living Expertise
Leading Australian Seniors Living designers, Marchese + Partners are now exporting their design services to the international market with work underway on projects in the US and China.
In China, Marchese + Partners have been engaged by a large Chinese national property development company to design the Summer Palace Seniors Living resort, which will include a mixture of Independent Living Units and high care apartments. Set in picturesque Guangzhou, in the Guangdong Province, the facility will also include a medical centre, dining facilities and extensive landscaped gardens.
In the US, Marchese + Partners have completed a concept masterplan for a seniors living community in New Bethany, California. The development will consist of 100 single story villas and a reception and amenities building. The villas will be arranged based on a community garden concept thereby providing a higher yield for the site by eliminating the need for conventional roads that are required in a typical subdivision layout. All the villas will have beautiful views and direct access to the community gardens.
