The Links Seaside project in Wollongong consists of 320 residential apartments and aged care units overlooking the Wollongong golf course south of the Wollongong CBD.
Through ingenious and clever re-planning, Marchese + Partners redesigned the original scheme and were able to add an additional 38 apartments to the development whilst also reducing the overall GFA thereby improving the projects overall feasibility.
The projects incorporates 5 Star facilities including Grand Porte Cochere Entrance, Grand Lobby and lounge areas, restaurant, day spa and hydrotherapy pools, library, retail spaces and lush landscaped gardens. |
