North Lakes Retirement Resort
This project consists of 100 independent living homes and community facilities. The houses are single storey design with a mixture of brick and render veneer and colour bond roofs. The houses are a mixture of 2 and three bedroom with generous open plan living areas looking out onto landscaped courtyards. The community facilities complement the retirement village. The new building is based around a country club with dramatic vaulted ceilings with exposed timber trusses. The building boasts a large community hall, bar and café which has expansive views over the new bowling green and golf course.
