Marchese Partners has designed a new Seniors Living and Clubhouse development at Chatswood Golf Course in Sydney for Watermak Living. Overlooking the Golf Course, the development will incorporate 106 seniors living apartments and new lifestyle and community facilities inside a spectacular new Clubhouse.
The development was one of only a few Seniors Housing Site Compatibility Certificate re-zonings approved in 2019. Marchese Partners design has been cleverly configured so to minimise impacts to the neighbouring residents whilst maximising the views and outlook for every apartment.
