Marchese Partners gained approval for this residential project in Lindfield in 2004. The project was one of only 2 projects approved by Ku-ring-gai Council at that time as part of the Ku-ring-gai LEP 194 sites and was described by the Council’s urban planner as an exemplary development.

The project on the Pacific Highway incorporates 88 residential apartments in two buildings with basement parking for 112 cars. The DA received only 3 objections from local residents and was approved by Council achieving an FSR of 1.3:1 well above the 1.0:1 being achieved on other sites in the area.
