tarragindi bowls club

Tarragindi, QLD, Australia

a sub-tropical oasis on the city’s doorstep in tarragindi

The Tarragindi Bowls Club development has been designed to maximise the potential for this unique island site that almost appears hidden away behind the tree lined entry-boulevard and beside the Tarragindi recreational reserve.

Central to the design thinking is the desire to provide a new bowls club facility that will inject a new communal energy into the precinct in combination with the offer of a mix of senior’s living units.

The unique nature of the project is reflected in its built form and in its articulation of the materials used in the façade.

The Green incorporates an intentional design and care philosophy based on low maintenance and private, secure living built to support residents’ needs, even as they change over time.

Each of the 11 carefully considered apartment designs deliver high levels of natural light, thoughtful interior finishes and technology solutions designed to help residents stay connected and access health services—or to simply enhance their entertainment options.
